from book Ocean Life by Norman & Olga Marshall, Blandford Colour Series, 1971 we were having a nice cup of tea and cake in a charming little country garden over the weekend. whilst we were waiting for the bill to arrive, I came across some second hand books for sale, and my heart leaps at this little gem! I rushed over to my dear Angela, exclaiming that right now, there are things alive in the deepest depths of the oceans that quite honestly blow away anything artificial or theoretical that we might construct on our electrical machines! and so i started to think, perhaps we do not have the right to question, doubt, scar, ruin our planet, this greater machine that we do not understand. but alas, it was time to return and so with book in hand, I left with these thoughts weighing heavy on my mind.
